Sneak Peek: It's Coming Together!
A first look at one of my favorite app features 💫
Hi friends,
I’m honestly so blown away by how this little community is growing – it’s making me more excited (and motivated!) than ever to build something that truly helps us feel more connected to our bodies.
For so long, I felt confused by my cycle – the shifts in energy, mood, bloating, cravings – all of it. And even though I used tracking apps, I never found one that actually taught me what my body needed. When I discovered cycle syncing, it finally clicked. It gave me a way to understand what was happening and how to continually improve how I was feeling (like why was I doing HIIT workouts in my luteal phase??).
That’s exactly what I’m trying to build: an app that doesn’t just track your cycle, but actually supports you through each phase with personalized recommendations for nutrition, workouts, and wellness – all in one place.
This week, I wanted to give you a first look at one of the many sections we’re working on – the nutrition section! Some of the features will include:
· Nutrients your body needs in each phase
· Foods to include and avoid to feel your best
· AI-generated cycle-friendly meals based on your preferences
We’re still building version one (many more to come!), so your feedback means everything. Every share, reply, or idea you send helps make this app better – truly.
